Need Outlook-like Calendar

M

Max Moor

Hi All,
I need a calendar control with the same kind of functionality as the
calendar in Outlook. I want it to display events on individual days, not
just allow "date picking".

I found something like this at

http://www.codeproject.com/miscctrl/CWMDateCtrl.asp

but it doesn't look Access ready.

Does anyone know of a control out there that can do these kinds of
things and is ready to be dropped into an Access form?

Max,

I have developed an Access calendar that can display different events for
each day in a month and different events for various times for each day. The
month and year are selectable and the calendar can be printed. I have
implemented the calendar for many customers. If you are interested, contact
me and I will send you a screen shot of my calendar.

Hi, Max.

I also have developed my own version of a calendar form (it is not just a
control but a form) that will provide multiple views of appointments/events.

You can download it and take a look:

Look for the "Appointment Manager" download.

A Flex Grid Control will probably do what you want. Have a look at -

Hi Peter,
It looks like this might fit the bill pretty well. I wish I knew of a
place to go where all the "non-mainstream" controls were listed. I didn't
know this one existed.
Anyway, I have a bit to learn, and a fair amount of work to do, but I
like the look and feel of your examples. Thanks for the pointer.

So you are giving this away for FREE? You would never dream of going against
the idea of FREE support? So who did you swipe the code from?
