Need my address book, need a simple answer

I see a lot of messages on this board and am wondering if anyone could simply
answer the question of how I get an address book in Outlook 2007......but
here's the situation..

My old computer went on the fritz and I upgraded to a new version of outlook
and Windows. Fortunately I was able to transfer all my information to my new
computer so I have all my contacts. The problem is that I can't figure out
how to get those contacts into my address book. There has to be a simple way
to do that.,....Does anyone have a quick solution or is this really involved?

They only get complicated if you transferred your data incorrectly and
corrupted your Outlook profile.
