Windows XP Need HPT366 WindowsXP compatible driver

Current System is comprised of Soyo SY-6BA +IV, PC100 motherboard, PIII 600E coppermine, 639mb ram,
Windows98SE and I want to run WindowsXP. The Ultra DMA Controller is a blocking issue.
Am not sure if there exist a High Point 366 udma66 WindowsXP compatible driver out there. I am googling this matter for a week now. hahaha Anyone come across such a driver? Thanks
