Need help!

Hello all

I have an expense report interface that I have created where employees
enter their expense reports. Right now the only way to access the
Access database is through the use of internet. I have been asked by my
manager to make this Access databse available offline so employees can
fill their expense reports while in a plane (for example) and then
connect to the internet and load al the expense reports they have
createsd in thei rlocal machines. So my question is, whats the best way
to approach this? Do I need to recreate the exact same database place
it in each employees laptop and then find a way to comunicate to the
main database once they are online (connected to the company network)?
I am just confused of whats the best/correct/better way to do all this.
can somebody give me some ideas

Thanks for ur reply. In this case I *need* to find a way of doing this.
I will check out replication.
