Need help with wrapping text

I am trying to show this text by using the wrap feature. This works i
other cells in my spreadsheet but not this one. Can someone tell me wh
it is not working or what I can do to show this text wrapped. I hav
copied it to a new sheet to attach it to this post for you to look at.

Format the cell as General with Text alignment Horizontal: General and
Vertical: Top

Worked for me
