Need Help with Setting up Accounts on Windows Mail

I have set up my account as I did in the past on a previous computer with a
different e-mail address.
I keep getting this error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server:
'mail.mchsi.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Can someone Help Me!

Try the instructions here:

They were written for Outlook Express, but should also work under
Windows Mail as long as they don't call for the HTTP protocol.

Your settings look fine. Which antivirus are you running?
