Need help with printing errors

I can't print any email messages. I keep getting the error:

"An error has occured in the script on this page"

I do a lot of business on the internet and my suppliers email me my invoices
and receipts so I really need to print these for tax purposes. I try copying
and pasting into word, but on some invoices, only the columns and headings
copy and no $$$ figures.
Can anyone help? Please!
