Need help with printing address on correct location on envelope

We have a HP 6122 Ptr.with WORD 2002; Tried Tools/Envelopes/change options
so envelpe is inserted in correct direction. When it prints, the address
prints out on the top line

of envelope vs. being approx. 5 or 6
lines down in center of envelope. Tried changing the options from 'Auto' to
a specific number but the system does not recognize the change from auto and
prints the address on the top line, again!

Did not get any assistance using Help Key or any help from the HP printer
manual.

You need to modify the Envelope Address style, which includes a frame that
you need to move. See

In the case of this style, the easiest way to see what you're doing is to
use Add to Document to create an envelope that you can view in Print Layout
view so you can see where the frame is and modify its location.
