Need help with Pivot Tables.

Hello,
I am trying to create a pivot table/Chart, but I am having some
difficulties. I am gathering a list of users who are logged onto a system at
the top of every hour (1:00, 2:00 etc). I now take this list at the end of
each month and I now need to find the Max number of users for the hour, as
well as find the Average number of users for the given hour.

I am having some difficulties getting the Pivot table to show me the Max and
the Ave information.

Here is the list.
Date,Time,User
10/05/2007,1:00,test1
10/05/2007,1:00,test2
10/05/2007,1:00,test3
10/05/2007,1:00,test4
10/05/2007,2:00,test1
10/05/2007,2:00,test2
10/05/2007,2:00,test4
Etc..
10/06/2007,1:00,test2
10/06/2007,1:00,test3
10/06/2007,1:00,test4
10/06/2007,2:00,test1
10/06/2007,2:00,test2
10/06/2007,2:00,test4

For pivot, cross-tabs / charting from Excel, you can also, in case you
have problems
or limitations, use this free tool:

It will also allow you to create all the aggregations or grid
functions you need,
allowing drill down and Roll up on any dimension.
