Need help with mail I have to save in my SENT mail (Outlook 03)

Using Outlook 2003 on a Dell laptop running Vista

I have to send out basically the same email repeatedly on a daily basis to
new clients with USER ID and PASSWORD information along with an attachment
file. I also have to save these files "just in case" they are ever needed
again. (My boss prefers electronic files, not paper files). Is there a way
that I can at least delete the attachment so that this isn't hogging up so
much memory?

Would a mail merge work in this senario? I have a small file that is saved
in excel with pertinant information to each client, I could expand from there
if this would work to save me even more space. I was reading about this and
it sounds like it may work, but I am not sure.

Does there happen to be a free online email storage that I can dump these
emails to?

Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message and you should be able to delete
the attachment. Close the mesage and save the changes.

You could save all the client addresses until the end of the day and then
use Mail Merge to send one message to them all, but I don't think mail merge
will send attachments without third-party tools.
