Hi, im new to this news server 
I need some help.
My problem:
I use broadband from Talktalk they offer a good package (upto
8meg/800kbps download speeds).. The only thing though my isp use
traffic shaping so when i play certain games such as football manager
2007 etc.. my connection drops a lot. If i use torrent programs also to
download legal linux distribustions etc i get really bad speeds
(2-10kbps)..
I wondered how to go about using http-tunneling, perhaps a tutorial
with software to use would be greatly apprechiated. I've been searching
the net for a solution to my problem for a long time, ever since i
started using talktalks bb services with no avail.
It would help me a lot if you could perhaps tell me software which is
effective and easy to setup / proxy-socks servers to use/sites (i will
find them myself)..
Please help needed asap.
