need help with dropdown menu

hi how do i create a dropdown menu like this site? www.madonna.com

And, it's a nicely done menu. The submenus are all in hidden layers that
are shown onmouseover. They are hidden onmouseout with a timer, so that if
you mouse back in before the timer clocks out, it will be reset.

Of course, it's completely useless if javascript is disabled.

those are flash menus, not sure you really want to use flash for menus.

Only if you visit the Flash site, of course. And you are definitely right
about thinking twice about using Flash for navigation. Unless you are
Madonna, that is.

there's nothing worse than a site that has a flash intro...except of course an entire site done in flash.
