Need Help with copy/paste - Outlook 2003

Hello all!

I am new to this group - I found some good info so far - but I need a
little more help.

I have created a flyer in Word, it has tables and jpgs. Of course when
I copy and paste it in to a new Outlook message, the formatting is
lost. I did go options>mail format and chose to edit using word, This
worked - but still have one problem...

You have to view the received email in full screen in order to see all
of the info in the document I copy/pasted. If you hve the screen
mimimzed at all, the left side is cleared from view, and there is no
scroll bar on the bottom of the screen. I also tried sending the
email to myself using my aol account, and you cant see the left side,
even when viewing with a full screen...

so - is there a way to format the placement of the pasted text? I'm
concerned my customers wont maximize their screen to see the full email
content.

If not - does any else have any ideas on how I can copy and paste this
f;yer to an email without losing the formatting?

Thanks all! I appreciate any help you can offer :)

Sounds like your table might be too wide.

See http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/html.htm for ways to get complex HTML code into an email message in Outlook.
