Need help to install XP SP2 with SATA drive

Motherboard Model : ASUS P5WD2 Premium
Video Card Model : XFXPU-T42P-UDP
Video Card Chipset : Gfore 6800
CPU Type : Socket 775, Intel Pentium D 820 2.8G
Memory: InFineon DDRII533, 512MX4

HDD Model : Seagate ST3160023AS, SATA 160G

Trying to install Windows XP SP2 from CD-ROM, the system boot up as
normal and Windows start to copy the drivers, however, after Windows
copy the drivers and prepare to set-up, the system was hang with blue
screen, the error message from Window:
Stop at 0X0000007B (0XF898563C, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

Have tried following method:

1. Have Reload the Bios to default configuration and restart: Failed

2. Have test all memeroy module, remove 3X512M and just keep 1X512M on
borad, restart,: Failed

3. Have change a IDE hard drive, restart: Failed

4. Have use other PC to test the Seagate 160G SATA Hard drive, it works
well, also tested by Seagate disk tool, it works well

5. Copy the content under folder SATA on floppy disc and press F6 when
Windows start copying drivers, then follow the instruction to install
the driver, when Windows trying to set up, it failed again

All failure symptoms was the same


Can you pls help to check the above situation? Thank you very much.

Copy the drivers of the SATA Chip manufacturer of your MoBo (You should
get them from the ASUS website) to a floppy and press "F6" when booting
from CD (Just when setup starts and says at the bottom of the screen
"press F6 to install SCSI drivers" and then load your disk.
