Need help really badly!

I really need help I used my mom's laptop and it just shut down (because the
battery dies when unpluged for like two minutes) then when I tried to start
it up it wouldn't work, when I try last known good configuration it starts up
and says delayed write error and shuts down, then I tried safe mode but it
doesn't work and then I tried an option like registry restore, can someone
help me please?

but then if you go into dos all the files are there
