Need help fast.

Everytime I try to import a video file I get the following message:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures\Picture
Package\'06_11_26_00\06112610.mpg could not be imported. An interface has too
many methods to fire events from

Can anyone help me out here please? It's for a school project pretty urgent.
