Need help Copying Photos to CD

I have always been successful with copying and burning my pictures to CD's
with Windows. Last night after downloading to the computer I tried to copy to
CD but the message " Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this
file," popped up. I've checked the properties and enabled windows as other
posts suggest and still no help, anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

You may have a corrupted file.
Make a new folder on your hard drive and try to copy to it the same files
you are trying to copy on the CD.
Do you get the same error message?
If not then try to copy the files in this new folder to the CD.
