need help changing scope in firewall

I have tried 192.168.2.0, 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0 and it takes it,
but if I try:

192.168.2.0, 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0, 192.168.3.0,
192.168.3.0/255.255.255.0

it fails. What am I doing wrong? Any why can't I just put in:

192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0, 192.168.3.0/255.255.255.0

I just trying allow all IP Addresses from those two subnets to get on
my machine.

TechNet on Microsoft has:

10.91.12.56,10.7.14.9/255.255.255.0,10.116.45.0/255.255.255.0,172.16.31.11/24,172.16.111.0/24

so I'm not real sure what I'm doing wrong.

Try using 192.168.2.0/24,192.168.3.0/24.

24 is "shorthand" for 255.255.255.0. 16 would be for 255.255.0.0.
