Need formula to add numbers that meet two separate criteria from two separate columns

trying to get a SUMIF function working on an important costing repor
Need to get the formula to add numbers that meet two separate criteri
from two separate columns, and then only add the details I've onl
beenn able to get one criteria working at a time. Also, one of them i
a date criteria with month and year.
plz let me know how i can work this around..

You can also try data functions. These are set up in the
