i need some1 to design me a webpage through a free web hosting service, as a reward this person can join my cs source clan i wud prefer php nuke
 
Zenith, PHP-Nuke is very easy to install and run - its almost all automated. Try looking at www.freewebspace.net for some free hosting, and just upload PHP-Nuke to it with some free templates (there are plenty around).

Its worth a try, you'll learn something from it after all :)
