Need a recommendation for large format scanner for scanning scrapbooks

I have about 40 Scrapbooks to scan. I need something that will do an
excellent job on color and B&W photos. The minimum format I need would
be 11" x 14". I also want something that is relatively fast. What
would you recommend?

Search Ebay for A3 scanner.
