Nedd suggestions for better graphics card, please!

Hi all!

I'm about to upgrade an old pc (P3 750mhz, 512 mb ram, AGP 2x, Win XP).
Aside from ususal "office work" it will frequently be used for playing MS
Links 2003 (golf). I'm currently using a TNT-2 32mb card. Can I expect
considerably better graphics switching to another card, despite my AGP 2x
motherboard?

Kindest regards,
Janne

You would see a big increase if you got yourself a Geforce 2 MX 400
64MB. Or any card of it's likeness. Plus XP would seem to be just that
little bit smoother as well.

Not much I don't think. The redraws might be faster, but for your
applications I really don't see much improvement in going to a new system.
It's not like you're playing a demanding 3D game. Links is basically a
"slide show" game, and there isn't really an issue of frame rate. Running
XP itself is a resource hog, but then you already have 512M RAM.
