Ndis Test password

NDISTest 4.03.0092 and NDISTest 6.5 for Scalable Networking Pack Logo Submission [13 MB]

When I install it, two files appeared, one zip file containing the ndis test binaries and the other a document.

There is a password protecting the zip file, you have any idea how i can obtain the password?
