Navigation Pane: Objects View

The way that the objects view works on the navigation pane, to me, seems like
a concept that still need work. It was bad enough (but acceptable as a
natural consequence) when I have a database with many, many objects in Access
2002-2003 where I would sometimes need to expand the window to get all the
columns and objects in a category to show on one screen. However, now there
seems to be no way to make the object browser wrap over to more than one
column.

Sometimes, I actually need to work with objects from opposite ends of the
ordered spectrum at the same time, without having to create custom groups or
categories to do it. If I choose drag out the navigation pane to be wider,
there should be an option that, in list view, starts creating more columns
for me to make more efficient use of screen real estate like all the previous
versions of Access. Since it doesn't seem like I can do that, working with my
multitudes of forms, queries, and tables just seems to be a pain. If you're
working on multiple unrelated things at once, groups and other concepts
simply don't help.
