Navidad Worm

Each time I run MSAS it finds the Navidad Worm. I select
OK to quarentine and the next time I run MSAS it finds the
same threat. I have tried searching the registry for this
worm but can not find any components still in my system.
Do I still have this worm? Any ideas on how to remove it?
