navext.dll worm?

i have had to use norton anti-virus to take care of
problems i had with my home page reverting back to a page
i have never set as my home page. norton deleted trojan
dropper, trojan.killav, keylogger.trojan, and
trojan.bookkeeper, however, there is an adware thingee
attached to the file navext.dll that will not delete. i
have disabled my system back up so that norton will scan
all bugs, but this one will not allow access to be
deleted. what do i do next?
