NAT problem with DSL Modem interface

Hi all

Iam unable to configure either ICS or NAT on my win2000
server. I have 15 clients some xp and some win2k
professionals, we have a dsl modem and through that we
will connect to the internet...to enable NAT do we need
two network cards??? in the configur demand dial i am its
not showing me the modem interface so its unable to
connect...can any one help??? give me detailed steps

Yes, two network cards. One for the LAN, and one for the "modem".
