Naming confusion

J

Jacob Hansen

I think the text in the Spyware Scan Progress windows is
misleading as it reads "Spyware files infected" maybe
this: "Spyware infected files" would give a better
understanding for common users of the program.

Anyone else agrees on this ?

Kind regards - Hansen.

Yes, MS ahs (typically) mangled use of the language.
To be strictly correctl it should be "Spyware-infected
files" as the compound word is an adjective.

Issues of grammar and spelling are being worked on by a team. The
shortcomings are known. This product was acquired from a third-party. Some
re-branding and tweaking of the feature set was done, and this beta was
released I think three weeks after the acquisition. There are a number of
product areas where the app doesn't meet standards we would expect--and
these areas are recognized and being worked on. I think there is info in
the FAQ on this.
