Names sort order when addressing e-mail in Outlook

After hitting the "To" button when addressing a new e-mail, I would prefer to
see last names first when selecting from address book. Figured out how to do
this on an earlier version of Outlook but am stumped on Outlook 2003.

Is this option no longer available? Or am I really just a little older and
not wiser?

Nevermind. Found the answer in another post. First time to use this or any
other Microsoft discussion group. Looks like good information here.
