##name? in cells of spreadsheet

I received a call from one of the users I support on the job yesterday, she
has a spreadsheet displaying "##name?" in a few cells of spreadsheet. When
the same spreadsheet is displayed on another user's PC it displays fine. It
is a gigantic spreadsheet, over 20 sheets. The problem does not happen to the
person next to her, so I am thinking it can be an Excel add-in or function on
the local PC side, she is the only user complaining of this and it is in only
one part of this huge spreadsheet. The next thing I will bring up is that
this spreadsheet is protected and cannot be modified by anyone that opens it.
Both users are running XPsp2 and Office 2003 sp2 as well. Any insight would
be greatly appreciated, Thanks all-

Yes, after I posted I read something mentioning that add-in. I will try and
report the outcome,

I have tried adding the "Analysis Toolpack" and the "VBA Analysis toolpack"
as well, still get the same ##name$ in the cells. I exited office and
restarted office, when I go back in its still there. I have to still try I
detect and repair if possible, then try a clean re-install i guess. It
appears to be local to this user
Thanks-

Without a clue to what the formula is, my guesses are limited.

Maybe you can go back to the developer and ask him or her what the formula
is--maybe they have a solution for you.
