name display for printing envelopes

I have Office 2000 and Windows XP. In word when I click on tools and envelopes and I click on the address book icon it opens to my contacts list, which is what I want. But is there some way to change the way the names are displayed? They are alphabetized by first name, and I would rather have it show "file as", which is how it appears in Outlook, but then print using full name. Thanks for your help!

to change this for Office 2000, but they'd know for sure.
