Name Changes

I need to change names of tables and the field names because they were named
before I learned porper naming techniques. My database is now quite large
with multiple queries, forms and reports based on these tables.
Is there a simple way to have the names changed on all these items without
me having to go through each one at a time?

Products to document the database and do a global find and replace. All have
Access 97 and later versions. Some don't have an Access 2003 version, but may
still work with Access 2003.

Even with these, you need to be very careful and work with a copy of your
database. They can change things you don't want changed if you are not
careful. I use Find and Replace and find it does an adequate job for me.
