.N@K File not Updateing

Hello,

Windows XP SP2
Office 2003

I have a client that when she emails my personal address it stays in the N2K
file. So next time she creates a new Email, my address is there. But when
she reboots her machine and she Open Outlook and trys to create an email to
send to me again, my address is no longer in the .N2K file....

I think it is corrupt, but I want to see if anyone has a different
solution...

Thanks in advance...

the nk2 is only written to the file when outlook closes properly. so it
could either be a corrupt profile, which causes it to be created each time,
or outlook is not closing cleanly.

I did create a New Profile about 6 months agao, but it is doing it again. I
was hopeing there may be another solution... The user hates to
recreate\rebuild the N2K File...

QUESTION, When you say Profile, are you refering to Outlook Profile (by
deleting the N2K file and start building it again) ot the whole Windows
Profile...

Outlook profile. And you can migrate your old NK2 file to the new profile if
you want.
