Mystery unknown hardware PCI device

In my device manager I have a unknown pci device 'question
mark' that I cannot figure out what's going on. All my
hardware is working, but it has this last device showing
on the device manager list.

This is what it says under properties: "PCI bus 0, device
31, function 3"

and "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code
28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall
Driver."

Resources are: "Input output range 0c00 0c1f"

It says bus 0 which I don't know would be correct with pci
steering enabled, but on my first bus is a digital origin
fire wire card that is working correctly right now. Any
help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Chipset drivers, I suppose SMBus controller.

Check with your PC or motherboard manufacturer for an updated chipset
driver. This usually solves that problem.
