mystery download

ugh

I just put a BMG music CD in my computer, and it told me
that to play, I had to download a "small program" that
would allow me to play it. Then, I noticed that it
encoded the songs in WMA format. I would rather just not
listen to the CD on my computer, and I want to take the
new "small program" download off my computer, but I can't
tell what it was, or where it was put, in order to remove
it. Anyone know a) what it was and remove it, or b) how
to tell what was most recently downloaded on my computer,
like a directory of downloads?

That is not an authentic audio CD. You should return it to the store for a
refund. If consumers refuse to buy these bogus copy-protected discs, then the
record industry will stop producing them.
