MYSQL inserting record limit problem

Hello there,​

I need some help. I have created a database on PHPmyAdmin and have got my web form to insert records. However when I reach 24 records it stops inserting more. I dont know how to fix this. I know when it reaches 24 as the following page loads should display the information to the user that they have inputted but it is blank. :wall:​

Any ideas?​
