my XP Home can't load

dear all members ...

i've to notebook running windows xp home edition :

1st is toshiba + service pack 2
2nd is sony + service pack 2

i've install Anti Spyware Beta Version on to both, but they have different
condition ...

1st ( toshiba ) :
it's running well & i enjoy use it

2nd ( sony ) :
after restart, the XP couldn't start, the blue screen "appear" but i
couldn't read it because the XP re-started immideately, it's always restart
again & again, i couldn't go to Safe Mode :-((

did someone has experience about that ??? thx for response

Start in safe mode (F8 during startup) and right click on the My computer
desktop icon, go to Properties, Advanced tab, then click Settings under
startup and restore section, and here deselect automatic reboot.
Then run AntiSpyware manually and do a full system scan (set this under
scan options).

If you cannot start in safe mode, the options are limited. You can do a
repair install from the original CD if you have a full OS CD, and not an OEM
"recovery" disk. You may need to talk to your PC vendor about this.

There is also the recovery console, but the availability of that also
depends on the type of original CD you have.

Microsoft Product Support staff help is free for issues of virus removal or
security patches.

In the U.S. or Canada, dial 1-866-pcsafety.

Elswhere, find the number for your local Microsoft subsidiary or PSS paid
help. The phone call may not be free, but the support will be. Ask for the
free support for virus or security issues.

That does work, and I 've got one handy, with Stinger on it. It isn't so
easy for the average person, unfortunately.
