"My Videos" Folder

R

Rick

Hello,

I recently installed a fresh copy of Win XP on a new hard drive. In
transferring my media backups to the new drive, I noticed that there is no
longer a "My Videos" folder (the one with the special icon, akin to "My
Music) in My Documents, as there was previously.

I'm wondering if someone can help me a) locate it, b) create it, or c) just
get it back, so I can transfer my mpeg and avi files into it.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Rick

You can do two things:
1. Install Windows Movie Maker 2.0 (it's a Windows Update thing)
2. Create a folder, rename it to "My Videos", and change the icon to the "My
Videos" one.

HTH,
