My system Log on well as an administrator.....

install any program( e.g. I tried to install the USB Peripheral Swicht). The
following message showed up: The Installshield Engine:'D:\Gabriel' could not
be created .
Make sure that you have the appropriate privileges to
create this folder.(0x5)

What is "USB peripheral switch"?
What is D:\Gabriel? directory?
Where are you trying to install?
