my switchboard is not showing up under forms

I created a switchboard and set it as my default so I could later use it at
startup. Then I went to startup under tools to select the switchboard, but
my switchboard did not show up with my other forms. What did I do wrong?

When you created the switchboard, did you delete it at one point and start
over?

I made that mistake once and switchboard no longer appeared in the form
window. How I fixed it was I went to tables, renamed the switchboard table
to xxswitchboard. Then when you go to utilities, Access will allow you to
create a new switchboard. Create a quick dummy one, exit out of it. You
should then see switchboard in the forms section. Go to Tables, delete the
newly created switchboard table (your dummy one) and rename xxSwitchboard to
Switchboard. You should be all set then.
