My QuickTime movies won't play in Windows PowerPoint.

I have a Mac OS X (version 10.3.7) where I used MS PowerPoint X to create a
presentation that incorporated several QuickTime movies.

On the Mac, the presentation work fine and the slides with the QuickTime
movies work perfectly. On the Windows XP version of PowerPoint, the movies
don't run and I get the following error message on the slide, "QuickTime and
a H.263 decompressor are needed to see this picture."

I have QuickTime installed on the PC.

Can someone give me a suggestion for overcoming this problem?

Windows and Quicktime to do not play well together. In the case of PPT they
never speak (ie. Quicktime + PPT + Windows = not going to work). Your best
option for using a movie on a windows machine is to convert movie to .avi,
..mpg, or .wmv format (quicktime pro has capability to do some of these I
believe).
