my printers are gone!

I just tried UNsuccessfully to install the Franklin Covey demonstration
package.

For the last three hours, it has given me the message "demo is still
running. If you cancel now, temporary files will not be deleted."

When I try to use their Live Chat, I'm told "your request cannot be
completed due to i-net problems."

When I try to print, I get "no printer available."

When I try to add printer, I get "Cannot install due to inadequate resources."

Now I have canceled the installation, but I still have no printer.

What have they done to me? What do I have to do to recover? Is there
anything less drastic than reinstalling windows that I might try?

Thanks much, but never mind.

When I opened the full printer window, I was given a link to the MS article
that describes the problem that Windows has and how to circumvent it.

Whew!
