My PowerPoint top menu bar is gone. How do I get it back? Help!

My PowerPoint top menu bar has disappeared. I have done a repair on Office
2003, but there is no change. I can't insert a picture, a text box, word
art, anything! I can only change the look of my slide layout,
background/design and right click for custom animations. What can I do? I
really appreciate anyone's responses. Feel free to email me at
(e-mail address removed) as well as posting here. Thanks!

If you can right click where you have the option to change the location, you
should get a pop up menu that displays all the toolbars that you have selected.
At the bottom is a customization button, click on it and then click on the Reset
option and see if that helps.
