'My Pictures" to Memory Stick?

Help again please.

I want to transfer some 'My Pictures' files from My Documents to a USB
memory stick.

I thought it would simply be a copy and paste job but apparently not! Me
and technology, eh?

I'd welcome your help.

This has nothing to do with Word, but insert the memory stick, then open
Windows Explorer to view the files. Select and drag them from My Documents
and drop them on the icon for the drive letter in the left window that
represents your memory stick. If there is sufficient space there, they will
be copied.
