My Pictures Folders

I went to the My Pictures folder today and all of my folders have no names.
It used to say the name of the folder under the thumbnail, but it's not
there. The scroll bar to the left is also gone. How can I get these back?

No names on folders:

Try the following steps.

Open your My Pictures folder.

Go to...View / List...

Hold your Shift key down and
go to...View / Thumbnails.
