My Pictures Error

Yesterday, while I was saving images into My Pictures, I recieved an error,
that shut the IE, and My Pictures. Now, I can't access My Pictures at all,
because that error shows up. I sent the error report, too. The details (on
top) of the error report were:
Error signature
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: gdiplus.dll
ModVer: 5.1.3097.0 Offset: 001257b3

A good friend of mine helped me search the errors here, and I have these
symptoms:
"When you open the My Pictures folder, you may receive an Internet Explorer
script error message. This may also occur when you open the My Pictures
folder in the ImgView.htt file or when you open the My Network Places folder
in the NetHood.htt file."
But, I don't have any 'Tweak UI' program. I was wondering if there's any
other way to resolve this program.

gdiplus.dll seems to be a component of Office 2003 suite. Repairing Office
