My pain: file upload form problems

I'm using Frontpage 2003. Not sure about the FP web host extensions. (site
is hosted by canaca.com, probably FP2K2 ext.)

I'm trying to set up asome file upload folders for clients to upload and
download their project files. I've set up subwebs for each of the clients
and put an upload folder in each private client web, then created an upload
file form that points to the upload folder.

The instructions I have say to right-click on the upload folder and set its
properties to disallow script execution and turn on upload permission. But
these options are all grayed out. I'm not sure where to go from here.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with all the dead-ends I've hit trying to set
up this functionality. Where's my Nerf bat?

You web host must have the FP2002 extensions, it must be a Windows IIS web server and the web host
must allow you to use the function, and may have to set permissions for you.
