- "My Network Places" - Error message.

I'm running Win'XP Home on two machines. I have the firewalls diabled on
both machines.

I'm successfully pinging each PC from the other.

I'm starting in "My Network Places" on the first PC. When I try to access
the second PC from the first I get an error message that says: "<Name of
Second PC> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact th administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions. The network path was not found."

What do I do? How do I find out if I have access permissions? How do I set
access permissions?
