my microsoft oulook 2007 stationary is disable how i can change

i have installed microsoft outlook 2007 i want to change the theme in outlook
but option is disable. how i can change my theme or select none. please reply
me soon i m in deep trouble.

I believe that there is an option when you install Outlook to include
themes. Perhaps you did not include them when you installed?

Re-run your office installation, or go to Add or Remove Programs in
the Control Panel, but select the option to change your features
(don't actually reinstall the whole thing), and make sure you have
everything you need installed.
