My laser printer is now only printing in grayscale.

I printed a word document in black with some bold lettering. The next time I
printed it in was in a gray color. Now all my document are coming out gray. I
tried changing the font and everything is still coming out gray. I don't know
where I changed my settings on the program, but I must have inadvertently
done something. Please help me to get my program to print my documents in
black again.

Click the Properties button next to the printer's name in the Print
dialog, and look for some setting that switches between color and
grayscale.

Itake it this is a black on white laser printer? If Jay's suggestion doesn't
work, remove the toner cartridge and tilt it from side to side to
redistribute what remains of the toner.
